big, hairy ones. So I'm at Walmart, and I see a big display for debit visas. Among other things it says, in big letters, "Shop Online" and "Use your card right away" or some such. So I figure I can use it for my seeds, right? I load seed money on it, take it home, try to order from Attitude, and its declined, with a little note that says "purchases not allowed from this country". WHAT!?!?
From fucking England? So I call customer support, and they tell me I have to wait 7-10 business days for the permanent card to arrive in the mail, then I can buy overseas. Then another week or two for my seeds. 
The worst part is, I know of a card that I could use overseas right away, but I put the last of my cash on this one So, ya, Walmart sucks ballz...big, hairy, sweaty ones.
