Holy shit you guys really ripped this kid a new one! Berating the kid for having big ambitions. Look bud what you want to accomplish is absolutely do-able. Assuming he did have the resources to set up a system such as this, The BARE minimum would be neccessary to accomplish what you want:
1. the MOST important thing is a PROVEN COMMERCIAL STRAIN. Chronic, Heavy Duty Fruity, Power plant. Just a few suggestions.
2. MINIMUM 5 1k lights for flowering
2-5 1k lights for preveg/veg
1-2 1k lights for mothers
& timers and power cords for each.
(Power bill will be atleast $1000, maybe even around $2000)
3. Youll want to do SOG, seeing as you want a quick turn around (8 weeks you said). 100 plants per light or so with a maximum of a week veg time. 3 Liter - 1 gallon pots in soil or big hyrdo tables (which would be the most practical). Enough grow medium to fill whatever system you choose. Remember all the pumps, fittings, grommets that you will need for whichever system you choose.
4. Heavy Duty A/C minimum would be a 28,000 BTU Central. Just so you know it takes roughly 3500BTU to cool 1 1k watt light.
5. Serious ventilation, or a medium to large sized co2 generator, monitor, controller.
6. approx 300 gallon res (give or take depending on particular setup) and good nutrients to fill it. Canna, H&G, Advanced would be my reccomendations. Also a circulation pump or airstone.
7. Obviously a PH/PPM/EC Meter
These are the things you would DEFINETLY need above. Below are some things you will PROBABLY need.
1. Humidifier/Dehumidifier
2. Master controller for the lights (this would require installing new breakers and larger fuses)
3. Mylar & IR Light blocking film (your house will light up like the sun on FLIR)
4. Large Carbon filter and/or Ozone Gen
5. Air/Water cooled hoods
6. About 4 EzCloner 120's =P
7. R/O Machine, 300gal/day
i'm SURE i forgot a couple of things but these are most of the bare neccessities. Remember this setup will require a large grow space, atleast 150 square feet, more realistically 300 sq feet, maybe even upwards of 500. A master grower with the right genetics could theoretically achieve this goal with less than 125 sq feet. Also, a system of this magnitude would probably carry somewhere around $5000/month in overhead at the bare minimum, and around $25k start up. Thats the conservative estimate

If i was you, i'd go 5 5x5 flood tables under 5 1k lights, 4 plants/square foot. 3 weeks to root clones, 1 week veg, then straight to flower. 1 month into flowering, take 500 cuttings and use your veg room to prep them for the flowering room. 1 month later you'll be harvesting and moving in the fresh clones that are already vegged ready to go!
ORRRRRRRRRRRRRR... Get yourself 3 colliseums and your in the game. Use a little less electricity.
BTW, your looking to harvest every 8 weeks so i would reccomend a plant with atleast 50% Indica genes in order to keep the flowering time down. Good luck buddy. Lemme know if your actually serious about setting this up i'd love to help seeing as i cant grow anything myself right now
