It's a pretty specific process, and you could end up with a dangerous product if you do it carelessly.
If you can't do a little bit of simple research on your own, or in this case locate the "general information" button on the main page of the site you've been linked to, maybe you should consider growing something else.

These aren't ornamentals, Rob. If you are too lazy to research on your own, you will be too lazy to keep your environment sterile, and too lazy to throw away your shrooms when they are contaminated.
