want to fix this problem i have with my tree.

a whats up guys can you help me with my problem i took my tree from outside and put it back inside and now its all worn out and i want to fix it.if you guys thinking why i did not leave it outside because sun dont come up were i am atleast it stoped and i wanted to flower it and what kind of light do you use?

some one help me i just put the pics and did i mention it was in out and then in agian i think i fucked with the roots any solotion?
