Want to switch

So I currently grow in coco but want to swap to a full hydro setup so I don't have to carry heavy jugs around every night. I'm curious as to what's your opinion on best setup for cheapest price even DIY. Setting up two rooms to veg and flower going to swap bulbs. 2 4x8s with 12 pots in each going to run 2 600s in each tent.

Personally id say rdwc or flood and drain would be the best 2 in that kinda space utt cheap they r not.

Is that LED?

No I have a led that I build but it's only for flower not sure how good of a veg light it would be plus I already have 2 600s it will be cheaper to buy 2 more 600s then to build 4 new led rigs that are good for both veg and flower.
I was thinking about the flood and drain but wanted to see what other options are out there before I jump on my first want.

I would say Rdwc would be a good choice but remember a nutrient chiller is a must with this method so the cost may be a little higher than flood and drain to setup.
I would do a diy build without air stones and using the return from the chiller to waterfall back to each pot/tote..
