I think I messed up trying to go the cheap route. For one I messed up when I bought the soil from the dollar store . All of them had holes in them. Then I also bought a seedling kit. After they sprouted. I put all of them in one pot like a butthead‍♂. I heard that I was supposed to had boiled the water then poured it in the soil b4 I put the plants in to kill any larva. Didn’t do that either. Now I have flies!! But got them under control with cinnamon. Now I’m having a problem with this. At this moment I’m lost. But I will fix this one way or another

What's in the background? I hope that's not the floor.

Are you letting the soil dry before watering again?

No I have a grow tent. I sprinkled cinnamon around the bottom cause I seen fungus flies down there also. No I wasn’t letting dry. I thought it was dry.

Cinnamon is a desiccant. It is going to fry your plants to a crisp.
If they survive they need to be separated and repotted. Will starve eachother for nutes together in single pot.
Flies are most likely over watering. Fungus gnats. Soil is to dense or heavy. Dollar store sells starter mixes. Mix that 50/50 into potting mix if you must go that route.

Best wishes.

What’s a good light setting? I’m doing 18 on 6 off. Is that right?

Perfect at 18/6.
I also forgot that dollar tree sells a coco coire/wood fiber pressed block. Not sure about the wood part. But hydro strawberries are loving it. Another good cheap addition to your new mix.

I've actually used cinnamon in organic soil quite successfully to prevent fungus/mold problems but NEVER to this level. Because your right too much of a good thing. I used
a couple table spoons mixed thoroughly in the soil mixture when I added my amendments and left to "cook".
To the op I probably would repot at this point, especially having multiple in a single container. You need them in a 3+gal container each.
