looks like zinc or magnesium. marginal chlorosis. is the new growth stunted and small twisted and thin?
You could have locked em out when you fed the high phosphorus in that 3-15-0 no need for that in veg especially a plant that small.
I personally would give it some zinc sulfate / magnesium sulfate ( epsom salt) cal mag. at a low dose foliar / root feed. This covers your micros just don't over do it. research zinc/phosphorus ratios.
you could also just feed a regular amount of a balanced base nutrient with micros and stop with the excess phosphorus and see what she looks like in a week. very likely it would grow out of it with no treatment and some time.
