Was wondering if sulphur burnt concentrates are ingestible

Got some sulphur burnt concentrates Been reading sulphur isn’t toxic when consumed and is only bad if you inhale it via smoking and was not sure if that is correct cause I’m trying to make some edibles outta it even tho I have a Chem minor and can process it via reduction I just don’t really wanna mess with it lol so seeing what all my biology people think
