Watch live TV on your computer...??

Does anybody know of any sites or programs that will let you watch live LOCAL tv on your computer? I have been searching forever online and can't seem to find shit. I figured since there are so many people on this site that someone has to know!! Please let me know, because baseball season is coming up and I am too cheap to purchase cable. That is all I want to watch. Thanks.

They seem to have live feeds on big time cable channels. A lot of things I haven't seen before either. Sometimes you get good quality, sometimes not. But I need local shows.
