Water after a topping?

Im wondering if its beneficial to water plants right after topping them? Nothing crazy maybe just a seaweed extract/water combo?
Not sure if it matters or not....to water or not to water...that is the question..

If your plant us healthy it will heal no problem. Only water when you need to it is very easy to cause problems with over watering.

Just wanted to reiterate the fact that you should not over water your plants. Its amazing that new growers(including myself in the begining...killed 3 seedlings that way....dumbass lol) make this mistake.

Now I usually just let mine get pretty dry before I water, and by the next morning I usually see a growth spurt. Eventually you will be able to tell if the plant needs water by how heavy the pot is.

Ive been doing ok with watering, I learned that lesson already, except I was already in a fabric pot so it wasnt thay bad.
I was just trying to see if its beneficial or harmful to water after topping plants

When it's ready,,,,,use of a Kelp extract is a great idea......

After topping them this morning, I gave them all 1 cup from a gallon mixed with 1/2 tsp of kelp extract ph'd to 6.6. They show no ill effects. The pots were a bit light, I probably wouldnt have watered them today under normal circumstances. But I didnt want them to be wounded and thirsty, so I gave them basically a 1/2 portion feeding.
