Water for seedling.....

So I have one little girl (hopefully) from a bag growing pretty well in a 8"pot for right now. She is two weeks old and getting big. However I have no idea how much water to give her. She has 4 26w 6500k CFLs over her and an ok humidity around her and would like to get that up somehow. (any ideas on that would be awesome)

so any ideas on those two things. I've been just kinda eyeballing the water I never give it enough to drain out the bottom. And I use distilled water.

Once it drains, then you have enough water ...personally I pour water around the full circumference of the container first then the middle, since roots go around the whole pot.
