Water issue?

I have used nothing but water the last three times, she is the only one having this issue. I was thinking that she might have become root bound and is stoping water from gettng out. She seems to stay heavier than the others all the time. I was thinking of drilling more holes on the bottom of the bucket.
She is a SLH in a ten gallon bucket, just finished the first week of flowering.

Anyone have any advice?

A mix of Fox Farm Ocean Forest and happy Frog. The top is the worst area if that maters at all. I will test my water.

water should drain freely at all times , add some sand or perlite next time and allow for proper drainage also add some cocca to the mix .seems like its over fed as the fox farm and the happy frog have a lot of N

Repot it but dont saturate the new medium, this will make the root system issue(drooping) worse. There is enough water in the transplanted rootball and new soil, only start watering and feeding again about a week later. Also add about 1/3 perlite as mentioned.

I was afraid to repot it, thought that would make it go hermi since I just started flowering. Water does come out when I water but very little. What size of pot should I repot into from a 10 gallon? Heard of using hrydroton in the soil to help drainage, only bring it up because someone left 120 liters of the stuff at my house...

Tested the water PH and it is coming out to 6.0-6.5
Mainly used FF Happy Frog for soil and it seems to hold water longer than Ocean Forest, water comes out the bottom but not very much. The same thing is starting to happen to my other SLH in Flowering but not to my SLH mother, the mother is a good 12+ inches taller.

Once every three days, thats when the pot starts getting lighter. Only a little lighter compared to the rest. Most others I am going to have to start watering once every two days.
