Let your plants give you the feedback. If they're young they can't hold much water in their tissues, so check them every day and if they show any wilt (when soil's dry) then it's time to water, GENTLY. I prefer to keep them in a tray and put water in the tray and let the water be soaked up by the soil. I have no perlite or vermiculate mixed into my starter soil, so it retains moisture a lot better.

Also, upper left, GrowFAQ, you've got some reading to do.

the way i see it is if u more along in flowering stage ...i find it difficult to overwater rather than underwater since it is a weed....and if i do give it too much i just let it dry out and thats all but more in the seedling/veggin stage if when u want to be more carefull ...just make sure u run the water off and that the pot doesnt pool with water....soil needs to be moist but not heavlly drenched in water....what you want is to just make sure that all the soil does get moist and to do this simply just check if water is runnin off at the bottom of the pots ...if so then ull know that all of the soil is gettin a good watering.....use your own judgement and just ask urself if u think it u gave it a good watering or not.............:joint:
