Water with RO water

You're way wrong about the pH.
No I am not. RO units remove almost everything but H2O from water, my RODI unit gives me 100% pure 0.0 TDS water. The Ph of water is effected mainly by how much base or acids are dissolved in the water. Check the Ph of the tap water that feeds your RO unit then check your fresh RO water, the Ph pf the RO water will be lower just due to the minerals and carbonates being stripped from it. Now if you already have really low Ph tap water then the RO unit may not effect the Ph much if any at all. I have very hard water 450ppm+ with a Ph of about 7.5-8.0 most of the year after going threw the RO filter the TDS is 10-25ppm depending on how old the RO membrane is at the time with a Ph of around 5.5-6.0. Aerating water will help to naturally increase the Ph by removing dissolved CO2 and adding O2 in but that will only go so far.
