i was wondering if i should use a mist bottle on my plants so the lights dont dry the plant out or just keep the lights blastin lightly on them at all times with the normal on and off times?

you don't need to mist them to keep them from drying out, the mist will intensify the light, and burn the plant.

You shouldn't have to worry about the lights drying the plant out unless you're not watering the soil. No need to mist.

They don't like the humidity. If you were keeping orchids or other tropical plants then that would be the thing to do.
