Watering Intervals for Hydroponic systems?

I'm a first time grower and I am using a Drip System for Vegatation and an Ebb and Flow for the flowering stage. Unfortunately the timers I have only have 30 min intervals, so I've been watering my 2 week old clones that I just transplanted into 4 in rockwool cubes twice a day at 30 min each. My temperature stays around 75 degrees and Humidity is around 65-75% Is this okay or will it benefit me greater to go find timers with 15 min intervals so I can water 3 times a day? Also is the temperature and humidity at an ok level considering I don't have a dehumidifier? I do have a window unit and an exhaust system and the Veg room is approx 4L X 5W X 8H. Any help would be much appreciated!! Thanks

For 4 inch rockwool cubes, I'd recommend flooding and draining 3 times per day at 15 minute intervals for a plant with developed roots. Your humidity is pretty high, try to lower it to 60% with an exhaust fan or dehumidifier.

I'd stack those 4" cubes on top of 6" blocks and let er grow. I bought my clones in rockwool plugs and put straight into the 6" Blocks all the way to finish.

Thanks for the advice, I will definitely transplant them into pots with hydroton once I see the roots are outgrowing the cubes because they will eventually be going in hydroton when flowering in my ebb and flow system! The humidity is around 61% as of now and my ladies are thriving!

I have now switched to water 1 time a day for 30 min, seems like my rockwool cubes need that amount of time to dry up a little before the next watering since my timers only have 30 min intervals. Any advice? My young clones seem to be doing very good, I can post pictures soon.
