Watering My Seeds

Okay, so if I am to germinate my seeds using a wet paper towel, then plant them into some rock-wool and am using a bubbleponics system where it makes water constantly flow up towards the seed in the wool, will that not cause the seed to drown? Or will the bubbleponics system keeping the rockwool constantly wet like that actually work? Just looking for some quick answers before I start growing.

Well, I hope that somebody will be able to let me know. I need to know what I am doing before I start growing. :/ HELP my fellow growers!
