Watering night before harvest

I always keep them well hydrated so the main leafs come of with a clean snap no fibers/threads holding (they break my stride) and the bud leafs are much easier to trim, the temp isn't always controllable like during summer but I try to aim for 15/16c 60%.

It then goes into a bucket to let the moisture even out between buds.

It's not the same as fast drying buds, my temps are around 20c and humidity is around 40-50%
So this will not degrade the THC
Keeping the temperature and humidity in range will give me the best quality bud.

Slow drying my buds over a week in low temps will give me high quality buds, if I watered before harvest, maybe it would take 10 days.
You just chopped, dried and weighed your weed in 3 days.

I chop the plants and leave them in the plant support for 3-4 days, chop, trim, and get a rough idea of the weight you will lose (3-5%)
lay them in trays for 2 days and then place the trays in bags and back out every 12 hours, this helps the buds to dry even

It will always take 6 days+ to dry the weed.

Unless the humidity is higher or the temperatures are lower...or fans are running

I could go on
There is no absolute in drying or bud structure or...

I chop when it's convenient for me. I could care less when the plants have been watered. Using blumats they're constantly watered and when I hand water I'll chop right after watering if that's the way my schedule works out. Then I just hang them or place the buds on trays in the spare room to dry. If they are drying too fast I'll put everything in a paper bag for awhile. It takes 7-10 days before the bud is ready to smoke and jar. I don't cure either. I start smoking right away. Weed smells and tastes great every time.

So why did you try gloating about your harvest weights 4 days after you chopped your plants?

You showed them in the pots still Sunday, then posted “I got 1000 grams bro” on Wednesday

OK my flower room is not perfect for drying weed, for the first 2 days the temps where 20c and the humidity was between 40-50%
Then the temperature dropped a few degrees.
I had removed all the fan leaves and trimmed up most the buds on the Sunday.
The soil was dry so I chopped the main stem and left them for 3 days, then I checked the buds, some where still sticky and the out edges on most the buds have just started to dry, looking at the buds, I wanted to know the crop size, so I trimmed all the buds off the stems, weighed them and put the buds in the trays, at this stage the buds don't really lose much weight, so I put it up in my diary, I would be surprised if at least a few of you don't do this.
