Just get your measurements right..A lot of nutes schedules are based on a gallon of water so don't forget to adjust accordingly....

A seven week plant should be getting much more than 1 liter of water each watering. How often are you watering at that rate? Try to get it so that you are only watering once every 3-5 days, you should be giving them about a gallon of water each watering (or more) if your pots are big enough.

follow the feeding schedule, let the soil completely dry in between waterings and water until there is 10% runoff

what size are your plants and what lights are you using that they are 7 weeks old and only need 2 cups of water every 4-5 days?

what do u mean by 10% run off?

10% run off is how much water should be running out of ur container after ur plant has been watered...

eg:if u are watering ur plants with 2000ml of water, then u should have about 100-200ml of water that has passed through the soil and collected at the bottom of ur drip tray...

hope this helps u mate......
