U need a submersible pump. I recommend a active aqua 250gph. U will also need some tubing and the tools. i reccomend ordering from the drip store, http://www.dripirrigation.com/. get a small roll of 1/2 inch and a small roll of 1/4 inch tubing. You will also need to buy some 1/2 inch barbed fittings( elbows, tee and connectors) and as many 1/4 inch barbed connectors as you need sites. You will also need a resivoir... a plastic tote from wall mart will work nicely... probaly a large one if you are going to be away for a few weeks.

You will also need a digital timer( I reccomend one with a battery backup) that is capable of being programed in minute increments. Basicaly you are going to use the 1/2 inch tubing to create a closed loop (using the barbed elbows, tees and connectors) that connects to the submersible pump. You will then use A tube punch (palm hole punch is only 2 bucks) to punch holes in the 1/2 closed loop you have made and use the 1/4 connectors to run individual lines of 1/4 inch tubing to each plant site. I strongly reccomend using a silicone sealant on each 1/4 inch connector you use or you will see leaking. you can also chose to use a drip emmiter or not...but if you chose to make sure that you purchase ones that will work with a low psi pump. I recommend these http://www.dripirrigation.com/drip_irrigation_categories/97 as they are adjustable and work well with the low pressure pumps.

You will have to play around with how long you need the pump to run to adequatly water each site. You want to make sure that you aren't overwatering using this systym. Total cost for this system is prob around 80-90 bucks.

I personally use the Oasis watering system which is about 70$. So far it has worked well. It is programmable based on 10, 20, 30, and 40 day schedules. I would suggest looking into it.

if youre gone for 3 days, water them before you leave. they will be fine if you turn the heat lamp of. let them "chill out."
