how often should i water a 16oz. beer cup with FF ocean forest with sum more perlite in it also it was germinated in a 1.5in. rockwool cube?

spraying the soil with a mist is good... i spray the soil every 12 hours... but i only spray enough that it dampens, no soak, the top of the soil and by the time its ready to spray again... the soil is dry
