I have a ebb and flow, flood and drain system that can hold upto 12 1 gallon pots. I use volcanic rock for my medium with the plant being in rockwool as a plug from seedling or cutting. I was wondering how many times I should flood, and for how long ?...from cutting stage or seedling stage. I was also wondering when I should increase the timer and the amount of times I flood and drain the plants from beginning to harvest. Everything is automatic on a timer. My past grows I watered 2 times at 30 minute intervals using a 400 watt MH light during veg. Wondering if anyone has a better strategy? After a few weeks I usually increase it to 4 times a day at 30 minute intervals, being the max throughout the whole grow. It seems they came out ok for a first time grower but I was wondering if anyone has had any really dank high yielding grows, and if so please let me know your strategy, how many times you water throughout the whole grow and when you do, and when you increase it. I have a 5 gallon resevoir and use BC nutes, was wondering if you could give me the amount of nute STRENGTH I should use throughout the grow as well, along with light height, etc.
