I have a 1/2 gallon plastic watering can that is pretty easy to use.

It was a dollar or 2

i use the long pots from home depot that have the lil water tray underneath. they like $7 for a 24x6x6

YES watering is a shit job, but one that must be done.
I mix up 20ltr buckets either just plain ph'd or with nutes and use the water from the buckets. Still have to haul these around but makes it a bit easier.
