Wattage @ the plug

I have completed a DIY build using 2 Meanwell HLG-240H-C1750B, driving Vero 29 Gen 7's ( 4 per driver). Voltage at the plug is 119volt, together these 2 drivers pull 360 watts from the plug with potentiometer at 100% . Shouldn't these drivers be pulling closer to 240 watts each?

Drivers list output @ 143 V and veros pulling 36.6V each

It seems you are at 146.4 VF . So the driver will reduce the current due to the over voltage state.
