wavy seedling leaves

Hello this is my first time posting here id like to ask why my seedling have wavy leaves?
its 8 days old
theres a fan connected to a phone charger 5v
2cfl,36w each and i keep lights 24/7 on
i water every 3 days

That's fine if you look at my pics you can see my ww at 10 days old and then the next one was 17 days old!! Just give it time

If you have your lights on 24/7 I'd guess your relative may be too low.
But like I say - just a guess

I read somewhere I think this happens when the cells are dividing/growing faster than the superstructure of the plant can keep up, since it's a 3D shape it will have to warp and deform to accommodate and is pretty normal.
