Wax in a mechanical Mod- what cartomizer???

Hi all,
Probably been asked and answered but I am building a mech mod vape.
I was given a body, a caravela copper body.
I need a good 18650 battery,
a charger and something called a cartomizer?
It Holds the oil/wax/concentrate to smoke.
So I have read about aspire and Kanger, they are supposed to be good....
Are they?
What the hell is a kicker??
Anything better for a lazy bastard like myself.
I have g pens and they just don't cut it.

A tank will require dilution of the concentrate with something like ejmix.
