Way too much bug spray

Today i was so lazy i didnt take out the garbage and had a few gnats flying around... i took out the garbage and when i came back i noticed like 5 gnats flying around the hydroton.... FUUUUUUUUCK......

So i rushed to the hydro store for gnatrol and they were closed.... so i stopped at a cvs and got one of those bug sprays that "dont harm plants"....

well as im spraying i was frustrated , didnt think straight and realized that i soaked a seedling in this shit..... i wiped her down and splashed water all over her.....

Question .... has this happened to anyone .?.. is she gonna die?.... is there anything i can do to avoid a problem......?

Well i didnt get any replies but shes doing fine... she burned on a couple of leaves but there is still new growth since the incident.... so im not gonna worry too much.....
