How old are they now? I dont want to read all the threads again. Are you gonna top them to get them all even before you flower? If mine were 8", I'd flower them right away. The taller they get the more water they drink and with a 1 gal tank, you'll refill twice a day like I am now with the 6 girls.

You're gonna do an all cfl flower, that right? If so, you could do it now on a 12/12 and just add addl. lights when you get paid. It'll take a couple of weeks for preflowers anyway. But that's just me.

You're flushing with warm (tepid) water...right?just a quick question mate im flushin my plants with phd water 6.8 but 7.4-7.6 is coming out of the bottom of the pots do i keep flushin til the water comes out at 6.8? +rep cheers bruva!!

No. Remember luke warn, not hot...and that's the ONLY way you can flush soil.
