It comes down to if you are dictated by law on how to use your prescription. Is it illegal to say dissolve your pills in a drink? while making oils and shatter has some risks, so does a lot of things we do. Making butter falls under this same ruling. It has zero risk associated with it...

And Canadians are outraged by Ambrose' outrage at medicine being made legally available to sick people...especially the kids.

if you look Kirk is saying he disagree's that it refers to only members of the mmpr. if you look further down his site he say's the Smith decision applies to all Canadian medical patients.
