Web and spider on plant

Lol got jump scared by this guy. Is he okay to leave? Plant is doing relatively good

It will be fine. Spiders are carnivores. But, I would get rid of him and that leaf.

I'm a newbie but as I am dealing with the effects on nitrogen toxicity I notice the leaves in the back of your second picture look like how mine started with new growth kind of curling and leaves turning dark.
