wish I lived closer fdd. I am a professional graphic designer for a living, I enjoy coding more so but my boss has the other guys do that as I need to focus more time on the artwork.

The wordpress blog as previously mentioned might be a good idea for you. If you want some real help I'll be more then willing to give a hand. Also I find that dreamhost.com is one of the best host @ 6 bucks a month.

I would highly recommend Dreamweaver, I use it for my site....it's a little intimidating at first, but creating a basic layout is simple and easy. You don't need to know code, they have a wonderful work area that is basically like most word processors. And as you learn it has the room to grow and do bigger and better stuff.....flash and whatnot.

Nice man! Gotta start somewhere. Remember if you need some artwork to gussy up the site lemme know.

There are some nice templates like wordpress and others that have some nice looks. What are you using right now ?

you click on it and it takes you there. how simple is that? the first link i posted while it was processing. once it finished i posted a second link. whoops. so far i fucked up twice. :cry::cry:

No, you didn't fuck up, you just have two different links (going by the actual url) that take you to the same page is all. Not a criticism, just an observation. I was asking about the simplification from your perspective, not from an outside user's.

it's the same link. it just came up different when i copied and pasted it. :mrgreen:

i'll figure it all out sooner or later. now i just have to think of things to write. :blsmoke:

Yes, you sure will figure it out. Who knows? Maybe you'll find you get totally into the whole thing. Even just putting up pix with captions is interesting for the rest of us. :)

Go fdd! I mean, of course if you got help I wouldn't think any less of it, but I think it's cool to see what people create on their own.

You need to get your topsey turvey garden on your webpage. I'm serious, I bet everyone who grows marijuana who has seen those commercials at least WONDERED about it, and you're the only person I've ever known of to actually DO it. I think that seriously needs to be shared with the world.
