Weed smells like ammonia

Ok so we put weed in a bad with water and its been there for almost two weeks and tonight

when i took it out and smelt it, it smels like straight ammonia/windex. is it ok to smoke

i didn't my cousin did he thought that it was going to be good to moisturize it to put droplets of water in it. but last time we stuck it in the microwave to dry it out and it work

but this time it smells like ammonia. is that safe to smoke?

mustard gas weed? i don't know. i'd try it, but i'm a hard ass, when the time arises to smoke a floor joint, i'm there to light it.

na its Jamaican weed. my friend brought it back from Jamaica. and it smelt really strong and good but after we added the water now it smells like ammonia

I read somewhere that an ammonia smell is mold, that would be consistent with it being too wet. I am unsure if it is ok to smoke.
