Looks like light/heat stress to me...

How far away is your light(s)/what kind of 1000watt? HPS? LED? CFLs?

Also, 85 degrees is just a bit too high for a constant temp, I've read that between 70-82 is the best for most strains/hybrids

1000 hps the lights are about 15-16 inches away frm the plants. plants look very healthy tho.
Yeah, I think thats too close for an HPS, I think they have to be at least 3 feet above...although I'm not an expert, if anyone else knows the right distance of HPS from plants, please speak up!

...or you could check in the indoor growers section or google it

it was fine when i was doing the other strain but for this on ( purple urkle) it was just wavy
what was the other strain? purple urkle is a heavy indica, it doesn't like the heat as much, thats probably why the leaves are coming up wavy. Are they crispy to the touch? any other info you can share?

I would normally agree with heat stress but I'm not convinced.

I have had 1 black jack (mostly indica) 6 inches from a 400w hps in a dark room 60 ( 2x2x5) temps ranging from 76-88. 88 being rare and 80-86 being normal. I have light nute burn but no heat stress.

You said you were in your first week of flowering. What were yor nutes before flower what are they now? How much ppm? and quanity are you using.

The 1000watt uses a lot more energy resulting in a lot more heat emanating from it. If the leaves are crispy to the touch as the OP mentioned, I confirm my diagnosis of heat/light stress

I was just wondering because a similar thing happened to my plant except it was very minute And it was caused by too much pk. The leaves started to curl and ONLY the ones that had a fan blowing constantly on them got crispy the rest unwaved as soon as I topped off my res with fresh water to dilute the ppm.

The issue could be heat stress but if that is not the cause I'd like the person were attempting to help to have other ideas as to what it could be. He'll it could be a combo heat stress + too much pk.

Yes, this is possible. The only way to see is to move the light farther up, maybe add another fan and if that doesn't do anything, then the P or K could be too high
