You said the temps are 50c? 122F? Or did you mean 50f/30f? Either way those temps are way off... Also it could just be a long flowering strain. I would get those temps under control though.

that is the supply air temp coming in the room (from the supply fan, remember its underground) the room itself is pretty warm. And its F, Im in the us. Im pretty sure 122c would kill them.

Okay, well I couldn't figure out what you meant considering your supply temps really aren't that important. The temps inside the room are though.

That's a bold statement considering that's what most, if not everyone is taught to look for. I have personally never heard anyone say some strains NEVER go amber. It could be that they took 20 weeks to finish, or maybe 24 weeks. You don't know. But the way you state it, is like it's common knowledge or something.
his name is supersilly.. lol

Looks like they should start to amber soon. If not already started. From the looks of the buds you are no more than 2 weeks away from harvesting. The nyc looks like the last to chop. That may be be 2 weeks away, everything else looks like it'll be ready before 2 weeks. Remember amber trichs are when the thc is fully degrading. If you dont like to sit on your couch and stare at your hands waiting for your fingers to fing, then you dont have to wait for 50/50 cloudy/amber. Are you growing for pain management or any other symptoms when cbd is therapeutic?

plants don't breathe in the dark so wont do you much good in dark. The plant uses stored energy at night. So all the co2 it got to make sugars for growing is taken in during the day. It just uses the stored sugars at night. For sleep though you do want amber. So for your needs your should wait for some amber. At least 30 percent amber. Maybe harvest them at different times to see what suits you best. Its always good to have smoke for different times of the day too. Since this is most likely your first grow how will you know what you prefer until you try it for yourself?
edit: and make sure your looking at the trichomes on the calyxes and not the sugar leaves. Both places usually have different ratios of cloudy and amber trichs. The calyxes trichs ambering is usually a little behind the leaves trichs.
