if it were me. id remove the lower larf under the net and focus on the tops. id train those tall colas down as even with the canopy as possible (may take a few rounds over the coarse of a few days) and lower my lights.
now you can gauge your light penetration. how far down will the cola extend without larfing. that measurement is how tall youre gona want each bud to be next time. maximize your light output. now youll see that its prob between 6-10" maybe a bit more depends what led your using and what wattage. also depends on the angle of your reflectors (if the led has them) lower angle more penetration. higher angle more spread less intense. so now you see basically you vegged your plants for nothing for prob an extra 2 weeks because all that is receiving adequate light is 10" so all that growth you have underneath the first 10" is completley useless. so grow 1.5ft plants. trim out the bottom and max your canopy out by training and topping to make it even then flip.

Now this is very informative definitely goin to try this I’m moving to a bigger grow space as well

instead of growing tall grow wide and fill it out. even canopy will give you even tops. i try to only grow colas. if you top them all at the same time its best so the 2 shoots will be the same size. if they are not right beside each other on the main stem thats ok just bend it down a bit to even them out. it takes some practise but eventually youll learn what happens when you do this or that.
dont waste time with small shoots off the bottom keep topping her out and youll get nice even size stems. thats the key. everything even. stem size leaves etc. then youll have what looks like a pine tree forest of nuggets evenly (as possible) in the entire footprint. i try for at least 8 cola per plant but ill do more if she grows fast
cutting even size clones and picking the earliest rooters that have similar roots will help this as well as the plants will be more on the same 'track'

I was wondering my question bc of this- When I zoomed in on your pics: The lower canopy below the net looked a bit dark down there needing more light. However, I see why bc they're tall and uneven. And that's okay. (Cant adjust too much bc of so and the light footprint) I saw on a few they're stretching aka looking like an S curved road-Looking for more light. Also, they're at week 3. They look good, but week 3 they could totally have bud sites loaded w/ pistils and sugary trichs. Mostly due to your lights (I know those lights) lacking blue light/white/penetration/output. But dude, they're weeds lol. Now you know what to do better next time although this still will be a good harvest bc they still look good. If you would re-arrange the lights or shit even add a t8 shop light with 6500k bulbs as a cheap supplement it could benefit. How many of those lights do you have up there? I see 3 so far. Anyway, you'll have your own goods to smoke soon. Turn it all to butter and make edibles :)
