Also looks very much like it could be Russets!!
Russets give the appearance of a nutrient deficiency, then you get that curving up of the leaf edges.
Get yourself a 60+ mag lense and scope the underside of a couple curved up leaves really well.. if you see torpedo shaped tiny little fuckers you have work ahead of you!!
If you do.
Looks like you could get a good spray or two, or three in.. spray the shit out of the underside
Of the leaves, pretty much anything that kills spider mites will kill Russets.. but you HAVE to be very thorough in your spraying.
A week before you have to stop spraying order predator mites ( Californicus and/or Andersoni)
Put you sachets out 2-3 days after the last spraying.
They are hard to kill off but you can do it if you do a good job. From the looks of your buds.. they've advanced pretty far on some of them.
