Week 4 400w HPS Violator Kush Grow Op

So here is the setup. There is a 400w MH/ HPS Bulb setup. MH in Veg and HPS in Flower. Grew this Barneys Farm Violator KUSH for 5 weeks exactly in VEG and then flicked the light 4 weeks ago this past saturday.

I will be posting weekly updates every saturday so tune in. The results are amazing so far. There will be a weigh in in the end as well. :leaf:

my babes are bigger at 26 days flowering. but they were veged for two weeks

I grew the VK and loved it. Nice robust buds with very little leaves to trim away, pretty much jus th fan leaves. It would still be in my garden if it was coning friendly. Shit took 4weeks+ to root. I had sum go as lons as 5weeks with still nuthin. Ended up huckin them out. Did u try cloning any?

I have not yet. I wanted to see how they turned out and then next order I would.

So attached are the week 5 updates. I don't think I said what nutrients I was using so I have been using Pura Vidaq Organic Nutes with a GreenFUse growth stimulator.

OK well all new to this i took some seeds from a bag of weed i bought i wet them in paper towel till opened then i took some mg organic soil and mixed it with some potting soil that had perolite in it the plants are about 2 weeks old and they are all about 4 to 5 inch tall they look pretty good so far and seem to be well i am growing them in my closet with a standard floresent fixture w/ standard bulbs should i expect bad results im not looking to make the best stuff in the world but could i at least make smokable weed the route that i am going

Waiting on my VK fems to arrive this week. Bummer to hear about the cloning problem, that was my plan. Guess I'll take cutting of the other strains I got too just in case.
I'll give it a go and see what happens, do some in soil and some in bubble cloner.

You never know though. With clones it has alot to do with the condition their in so I wouldnt give up on the idea. I didnt try.

I would try and setup a two way cfl socket. How tall can they get in the space?

Seriously? Why do you think that is? What nutrients were you using and what soil, light, #plants & grow area? Just wondering why that would be. Do you have more plants more focused on the main bud?

Alright guys I got back on wednesday from vacation so I am sorry I was not able to give updates while I was out of town. Had the maid taking care of them for me. Let me know what you think. I got a radio shack 60-100x magnifying glass like someone said and it does not seems to work. I think I might have overferted them a bit. I did use organics nutrients though so hopefully it will not make too much negative impact on the plant. Someone said the were letting their VK's go for as long as 75 days. Any thoughts on that? I was gonna wait til week 9 and then see how they look. Anyone got any ideas about that radio shack microscope? :clap:
