Week 4 Growing Problems

Hi guys, been concerned about my plant for a little while. The bottom leaves (with 1 lamina) on the plant started yellowing a few days ago and have recently began to wilt. I gave them a little nutes to cheer them up but they did not help as the leaves with 3 lamina seem to be starting to brown on the tip. Any ideas on what I could do to stop this? Here's the nutes I used if it helps:

Nutri Plant Feed (Organic)
Nitrogen 2.0%
Phosphorus Pentoxide 1.0%
Potassium Oxide 4.0%
Natural Plant Extracts 3.0%

You might be over-watering them. How often do you water them?
The same exact thing happened to my plant, except I under-watered mine when I went on vacation for a week.

I water them twice a day, once when its light and when its dark. Nearly a week ago I gave them a flush, but the irrigation is decent on the soil I'm using.
