Shit. I'm honestly thinking about yanking my grow. I'm using an unventilated closet, so I have to open the door from time to time to give the plants some air & water. I was hoping that a carbon scrubber, plus odor absorbing gels from Home Depot might work, along with an air filter for outside the closet.

The BIG problem is my closet is located right near my front door, in a 4 apartment flat. As strong as everyone is saying the smell gets during flower, I'm really worried that the unvented carbon scrubber might not do the trick, or that the smell might waft out as I'm watering/airing my plants.

It's really a shame, because my plants are doing so well right now. Here they are at about 25 days old:

I'm thinking about maybe building a micro-grow cab to transfer these into, but not sure I want to invest in more equipment!

have you considered buying a tent? i got my 4x4x6.5' tent for 114$ off ebay. but remember youll need an inline fan too to suck the air through your filter, plus the filter itself.

and yeah those plants are beautiful, it would be a real shame to yank them. but on the other hand, if you dont want to invest in more equipment + live in an apartment, itd be be better to yank em opposed to risking jail time.

Looking good, even with the interruptions with company. I am going to have issues as well, but I can't relocate my set-up...

let me know how your odor control works i have a similar issue and i am concerned as well

and ill let you know spex, right now i dont even have the scrubber so we will see how long i can wait before i absolutely have to grab it

i just started to flower myself i plan on buying a hps within the week and a carbon filter along with it i don't want to wait untill i absolutely need it and be sol cuz i have to wait thru a weekend then a extra 2 days for shipping that would be bad

wow guys, sorry for not updating you through the last steps of my grow. things just got pretty hectic with the move. i harvested the plants last weekend, wasnt as great of a yield as i hoped for, but hey i was using cfls i had from around the house so im happy i got anything at all hopefully i can get some pictures of the bud up, i did a few smoke tests already with the sweet tooth kush. i can tell you im more than happy so smooth and soo frosty. ill be using the trim/some smaller buds in the next couple days to make some brownies too again guys, sorry i couldnt keep this all updated.

first harvest down, i cant even describe how much ive learned... and im already itching to start a new one.
