Week 4 yellow leaves (pics) Gathering advice

soil or hydro???? they seem overwatered to me.....and many growers do this....i did that too... we over water our plants trying to rush and help them grow faster....when we see some signs of yellowing because of overwatering we think its some kind of deficiency and we try to solve it by adding more nutes...but the problem is the humidity in the roots...

Your plants also look pretty good so take your time and see whats going on...use the weight....take the pots in your hands....if they seem pretty light water....if not really leave it... sometimes less is better...Also if your plants get underwatered they will bounce right back up in just an hour... i mean a plant doesnt really get stressed if it gets a lil bit underwatered..
