week 5 bloom fan

So I'm in week 5 of flower and I have alot of huge fan block bud sites. Got mixed advice some telling me to not cut off those fan leafs and to just leave it alone that chopping those leafs would stunt the growth of the buds some others say chop them. The fan leafs I'm talking about have to sugar on them at all here are some pics

Plants look great, dont change anything.
Just ride it out to a nice harvest.

Good question OP. I was told that I would trim those large fan leaves as to allow light down to lower parts of the plant/buds. I've also seen some mixed messaging on pruning as well so I'm curious too what others are doing.

Why is there no solid side by side tests on this is what I wonder? Lol I look forward to my next run and seeing what difference there is. Should be fairly accurate if I use clones, in RDWC so they all get the same nutes and PH
