Week 5 Flowering OG in S. California... All Looks Good, But I have a Question

It is week 5 and the girls look great. Early heavy LST helped A LOT. The girls are about 18 inches tall and just over three feet in diameter with 9-11 good size tops on each. The tops are about 2 inches long, though not very fat. The smell is quite sweet.

So.. here is my question. Trichomes are all still quite clear and flowers are all white. At 5 weeks should I not see more signs of maturity? They do not look like they will be mature in 3 weeks. They have been fed CNS17 BLOOM for their first 4 weeks of flowering and now are on CNS17 RIPE. My Plan was to start my flush at the start of week 7, but they do not look close to ready. Any Ideas about when to start my flush?

why not plan on doing them 1 extra week ? let your plant have that extra week so flush start week 8 not &?? im no expert but herd of many people letting plants go longer than suposed to with only good efects hope was some help buddy !

I just spoke with a grower who let his OG go 11 weeks last year. WOW These are photos taken yesterday @ week six. Still no sign of maturity with white flowers and clear trichomes.
