Week 6 Check

Hey Folks,

Im at about week 6 into flowering and looking for some advice on how they are doing and when harvest time should be approximately

Bag seed!

Not doing to bad at all I think, really low effort only giving nutes last 5 weeks, big one is taking a lot of water/nutes and the medium is really light now in the pot so giving full nutes every other day (alga bloom, and green sensation) other smaller one has definitely not taken to the heights of the bigger one, but the pistols are browning nicely, this guy is not eating through the medium/water as quick.

I would put the smaller one at a couple of weeks out but the big one looks like it could go and go..

Any comments welcome

They look pretty healthy for the most part. I wonder if youre watering a bit too often though...might be choking them off a little?

And the little one... thats a pretty deep green... maybe a bit too much N? Or maybe its the strain.

The small one has always been that green, here is an earlier photo.

The pots are definitely light/dry before watering tho.

With bag seed, you really have no idea of the correct flowering time. Some people say they can tell peak harvest time just by looking at the "whole plant". I can't. I have a USB microscope that I take trichome pics with, to determine peak harvest time from the percentage amber trichomes I see. On average, I like to see 20-30% amber b4 I harvest.

About 4 or so weeks left, I use a few factors for when to harveat;bud density,receding hairs n milky n amber trics...
I'd feed the one on the left a little more N n some magnesium(some calmag would also be grand if thats all u have). The one on the right look good maybe a little 2 much N rich as the pic u showed from early n recent she's clawing a bit n that'd explain the stunted growth so maybe cut it down a small bit...but yeah 4 maybe 3 more weeks or so.
