Week 6 flower... Amber trichs???

As above says, this weird bag seed I saved from another grower has Amber trichs starting all over and pistils starting to withdraw and turn brown but she's only in week 6 of flower?

This hasn't happened to me before so soon, and a few things make me unsure of whether to flush and start getting ready to chop.

She still has a lot of green leaves, literally all of them are healthy and have no yellowing whatsoever, the majority of trichs are clear on the bottom half of the plant...

So I thought I'd throw this head scratcher out to the forums and see what you guys think, I apologise of pics are a bit crappy I had to make do with a iPhone and a loupe haha.

It's weird isn't it, see some cloudy and clear too.... Still a lot of white pistils too, I'm tempted to start flushing, as I'd rather chop early than late, and when they stray turning they don't take long.....

I just don't know what to do with her haha

Yea that's pretty different ...does maybe a higher cbn ratio maybe turn them amber faster? I have absolutely no idea basically a shot in the dark

That's not a bad shout and I have literally no idea what strain she is.....

Maybe I'll flush and just keep giving water and ride it out?

Bio bizz full range, around 1000ppm or she burns... :fire:
Lol...yea imo I'd probably just use water INCASE it is ready to pull early ? I have absolutely no clue, I'm hoping someone with more education will jump in on this because I am on a serious research regiment to learn how to grow proper as possible and would think this would be a great addition to my notes

It's forever a learning game my friend! I imagine a few of the better known members will be lurking around soon enough with an answer...

And that what intrigues me, I mean I have grown a few times and honestly never f aced anny real problems until this grow (6th) blah it is what it is, but deff subbed to see how this ends up!!

Different trichs will turn at different points. You've got to look at the plant as a whole. In general, I say that plant still has plenty of growing to do, and the buds are still putting on weight. If you have white hairs, then you also have new trichs (clear) on those newly forming calyxes. Don't let a small portion of amber trichs on a fan leaf make you harvest early and loose all that weight.

Thanks schmarmpit, this is along the lines of my original thinking, I've had sugar leaves turn slightly Amber early, but this is a good 15 % all over and in the buds, which is why it's got me scratching my head..... I'll keep feeding as usual for now and if more and more turn I'll flush and drop the nutes, and I'll make sure I update this thread on how I get on....

The white hairs tell you the plant is still a few weeks away from being done. I wouldn't worry much about a few amber tric's at this point.....The buds need to swell and harden up more, as the rest of the hairs dry up and receed.
