Week 6 Flower & Powdery Mildew

during my first 5 weeks of flower i struggled with high RH (65-75%) in my tent (which was in the garage) and deciced to move it in my house where the RH is 30%-45%. After spraying my plants down with Actinovate and PM Wash i've seen a huge decrease in PM.

However, I have some areas on plants that still need treating but trying to keep things in budget. I have neem oil but not sure if this is safe for mid/late flower.

Can I use neem this late in flower? will it damage the pistils? or should i use carefully just to spray the leaves that have the PM on them. I also have Silica...should i use this instead or in combination?

I found this link during my last grow I had pm late in flower and i didn't want to spray them with anything

how much would it hurt the plant to just remove the leaves with the PM on them?

a guy in the hydro store recommended this but this isn't an option unless i moved my tent back to my garage. This would stink the crap out of my house. Very solid method though but i wouldn't do this in a space that people inhabit.
