Week 9 of 12/12. Estimated time til harvest?

I'm growing 2 plants, 1 amnesia fast and 1 random bagseed. I'm now on week 9 of 12/12. How much longer would you say this ugly beast and her sidekick have left to go?

Any idea why both plants foxtailed so bad ??

probably something to do with it being my first grow and using a HPS in a wardrobe haha. the amnesia is only like 6" away from the bulb. i cut some of the cola tips off 8 days ago to try and stop the foxtail stretching after it grew like 400% from flip. the bagseed is untouched and off to the side. light is set to 250w. thermometer just above reflector reading 25c but it was hitting 30c in summer

I was hoping this would be ready for my birthday at the end of month damn it lolol
