weight of nute res???

hows it goin guys quick question i have just built a grow room in my attic it is 8x8x7 it will be a perpetual grow modeled after AL.Bs op. so the question is if i have 4 flood tables each with a 30 gallon nutrient resevour will i have any problem with the fact that a gallon weights about 8 pounds meaning ill have almost 800 pounds of water weight in my grow room does this present a problem as far as the floor in the attic holding that weight?

Not as long as the house was built corectly. I assume you have a minimum of 2 x 8 joists but more then likely 2 x 8 with 5/8 inch sheeting over them.Just distribut the weight a little and make ste res span over 2-3 joist and not just between 2 joist and that will be fine. I also tend to like to lay plastic tarp or rubber down to catch spills or over flows or a popped off hose as if that happens the water will flow down ie your ceilings insulation or walls will get stained or fall.
