weird antennae bugs

ok so i have located a few of those little dudes in my res and they look like aphids to me there transparent or a little whitish and they have little antenna and looks like 6 legs and they have black eyes, no visible wings but there only in the coco not on the leaves that i can see unless they only come out at night or the fans are keeping them down
im going to try n get a shot of one
 
heres the best i could do, the one by itself im concerned w the others i believe are springtail and are harmless

in the shot with all the little lines its the thing in the center right thats striped kinda like a zebra but looks more like a shrimp or something is this an aphid
 
I don't know about aphids they are usually located more towards the growtips. They appear to be soft bellied so a variety of mild pesticides would work. Just depends on what direction you want to take, neem oil would work, nicotine tea, garlic and onion tea with or with oil added, safers soap would probably handle them as a stand alone. The list is really pretty long you want to pick out the least toxic which will do the job.

yea im using garden safe fungicide which is also a miteicide and a insecticide its safe for edibles and its listed ingredient starts w neem oil, im also going to do a drench w this and a mix of a nicotine brew
 
im also going to hand water for a week and see if the problem may have been in the res and recirculation
