weird brownish spots on leaves and leaves twisted? also has a weird white stalk? wtf

so i woke up this morning and my poor plants had these weird brown spots. at first im thinking they are early stages of heat burn.. and then some of the lower leaves are strangely twisting?And for some reason the bottom of the stalk is a whitish color. is it just part of the roots? can anyone help me out with whats going wrong?

what kind of soil do you have this in? it may be over watered or getting burned from nutes..

i have it in just miracle gro potting soil. and water it every few days. or when soil is completly dry. i havent started nutes because i dont know how much to use per plant.

looks like nute burn to me,apparently that miracle grow crap causes a lot of people a lot of problems at least the one's with those nute balls in it...
