Looks like a Phosphorous deficiency to me.

Mine are spotting with brown spots on the edge of the leafs and tips heres pics

Well believe it or not, this cut arrived to me in THIS condition. I cut everything back and just let it do it's own thing after that. So I'd say a hearty dose of neglect and low strength lighting would get you to the point I started at
